Ring Sizing
For an accurate measurement we recommend you visit a reputable jeweller and ask for you finger to be measured.
1. You will need a piece of string no wider than 1.4cm
2. Wrap it around the base of the required finger
3. Using a pen, mark the point on the string where it overlaps, forming a complete circle
4. Measure the length from the starting end of the string to the pen mark
5. Take this measurement and look up the corresponding size on the chart below

Tips
· Make sure that the ring sizer slides off the knuckle fairly easily.
· Don’t measure cold fingers, they are smaller that they usually would be.
· For a more accurate reading measure the finger at night when the finger is at its largest.
Buying a ring as a gift
Obviously a slightly more subtle method is required if you are buying a ring as a surprise!
· Ask your partner’s mother or friend if they know their ring size.
· Borrow one of your partner’s rings (from the required finger) and slide it down a tapered
candle, then measure using this chart.
· Take this ring to a jewellery retailer and have it measured.
